Terms of Service

By purchasing the Re-NEW-U Group Coaching Program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Access

  • This is a live group coaching program delivered during a defined cohort period.

  • The program includes live calls and call recordings.

  • Live calls are available only during the active cohort.

  • Recordings will be made available for download, and once downloaded, are yours to keep.

Payment & Commitment

  • This program requires a one-time payment in full.

  • Your purchase reflects a commitment to participate fully in the program.

  • Failure to attend or participate does not release you from this commitment.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a verified emergency, the client may schedule one (1) makeup one-on-one session to be used within the same cohort.

  • Emergency accommodation does not include refunds, credits, or transfers to future programs.

Results Disclaimer

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Outcomes vary based on individual effort, participation, and personal circumstances.

  • You are fully responsible for your progress, actions, and results.

Client Responsibility

  • This program requires active participation.

  • You are responsible for showing up, completing the work, and applying what is taught.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Confidentiality

  • This program includes a group setting.

  • You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

  • Sharing personal information, recordings, or group discussions outside the program is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, content, and recordings are the property of THE Michelle Olivia.

  • Materials may not be shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
